For thousands of youth in Hoima & Kikuube, Western Uganda, school never came. But talent did. I am Kanizius, Founder of Youth Challenge 4 Change Uganda (YC4C Uganda). Since 2013, we have walked with youth who never finished school because of poverty. They are not a problem. They are a promise. So far we have trained 10,000+ youth directly, 60% young women. 76% are now employed or running businesses. 78% of our groups are still operating after 1 year. Like Stantel, 22. She started with 30 chicks after our training. Today she has 3,000, earns over $2,000 and employs 5 other youth. Who needs help now? We are launching 100 youth in 2027 who never accessed formal education. They have the grit, they lack the ecosystem. What is the money for?
