Help Ian Get His Life-Saving Heart Surgery Ian Byukusenge is just 1 year and 5 months old and has a congenital heart condition that requires open-heart surgery. He has an opportunity to receive fully funded surgery in India, but before he can travel, he needs a diagnostic cardiac catheterization to assess his condition. The procedure costs UGX 3.5 million. Thanks to the Government of Uganda and generous sponsors, UGX 2.75 million has already been raised towards the procedure. We now need your help to bridge the remaining gaps and prepare Ian and his mother for their journey to India. Our fundraising target is UGX 1.75 million, to cover: UGX 750,000 – Balance for Ian’s medical investigations. UGX 500,000 – Passports for Ian and his mother.
