Agnes Veronica Atyanga is in Senior Four. This year she sits her UCE exams, the ones that decide whether four years of secondary school count for anything. Agnes lost her parent. She has stayed in school through everything, but unpaid school fees are now about to stop her. If they are not cleared, she cannot register for her exams. Fees are the biggest part.
