The short version.

Cookies support sign-in, preferences and security. Optional third-party measurement loads only after you accept. Google Analytics measures visits and coarse steps in donation, campaign creation, sign-in, sharing and withdrawal journeys, including incomplete and failed steps; Clarity measures product usage; Google Ads, Meta and X measure advertising conversions. Only confirmed donations are used as Google Ads conversion goals. Our custom contribution events exclude names, contact details, payment references and exact amounts. First-party payment records and aggregate operational reporting remain separate.

How to refuse or delete cookies.

Choose Decline to keep optional third-party measurement off. Use Privacy choices to change your selection later. Withdrawing acceptance reloads the page to unload these services; cookies already stored can be removed through your browser settings. Declining does not stop you donating or creating a campaign. Your choice is stored locally until changed or cleared. Essential sign-in and security records and first-party aggregate operational reporting remain separate.

Third-party services that may set their own cookies.

After acceptance, configured services may include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, Meta and X. They can set their own browser identifiers for audience or conversion measurement. Google Analytics receives coarse page categories and approved public guide paths, not campaign-specific URLs, titles or search parameters. Our custom donation events exclude donor identity, payment references and exact amounts. When this page changes.

If we add, remove, or substantially change the purpose of any cookie, the table above is the first place we update, followed by an email to coordinators if the change affects how you use the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page changes whenever the table or any section is edited.
