Help Yad Clue Dance Support Children in Rwanda Yad Clue Dance is an informal, community-led dance team in Rwanda, not a registered charity or NGO. We are raising the Rwandan-franc equivalent of US$1,500 to support orphaned children and children living on the streets, aged 6–10, with essential school items, school fees, and food for their households. This support is needed now because school-related costs and food are practical, ongoing needs. Supplies and sturdy shoes help children take part in school, while food is needed at home every day. We want to help now rather than postpone support for these essentials. Yad Clue Dance has already organized community support. In one previous effort, we brought together about 40 children and provided lunch for everyone. We also gave shoes to 13 children aged 6–12 and notebooks to another 20 children. We hope to continue this work for children aged 6–10. Our planned budget, before platform and payment fees, is the equivalent of US$500 for basic school supplies and sturdy school shoes, US$500 for school fees, and US$500 for staple foods. Fees may reduce the amount available, so the final amount spent in each category may be lower. We will share updates on how the funds are used while protecting the children’s privacy.
