Dear Sir / Madam, I am Emily Asiimwe from Fortportal, Uganda, mother to Baby Ariho Matt Reign, 3 years 3 months old. He was diagnosed at Uganda Heart Institute in July 2026 with a Large VSD (9mm) + PDA (3mm) with Pulmonary Hypertension (69mmHg) and dilated left heart. Dr. Emma Ndagire recommended urgent open-heart surgery. I am humbly requesting for your kind support to help us raise funds for his surgery. Any amount will bring us closer to saving his life.
