James Magadu is a devoted father, grandfather, husband, brother, muko, mulamu, and a cherished friend whose life has positively impacted many. He is currently battling severe kidney disease and undergoing regular dialysis at Lubaga Hospital while awaiting a suitable kidney donor. To give him a chance at life, he urgently requires a kidney transplant, which is expected to cost approximately UGX 200 million.
