Help Brian get his Lung surgery

Komakech Brian is 42 years of age. We are running this campaign in a bid to raise funds to facilitate his upcoming surgery for his medical condition. In December of 2023, Brian suffered a Pneumothorax/hydro-pneumothorax (collapsed left lung) and air and fluid was drained, however, he has been on medication and physiotherapy that has helped to manage his condition since then but early this year (March 2026) his condition worsened into a severe tension pneumothorax spreading to the right lung with a possibility of a COPD. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will help Brian access treatment and give him a real chance of recovery.
